river silt cleaning system

River and lake silt is a fine-grained soil mixture formed by the deposition of clay, silt, organic matter, and minerals in stagnant or slow-flowing water. It contains pollutants such as heavy metals and is a recent sediment. Its composition is primarily silty or clayey. Clayey soils with a natural porosity greater than or equal to 1.5 are considered silty soils, while those with a porosity between 1 and 1.5 are considered muddy soils.

A suction pump first draws the surface silt into a hopper, where it is then conveyed to a drum screen. The undersize material enters a water storage tank, a slurry pump, a cyclone, and then a dewatering screen to produce finished sand. The silt then enters a thickener and filter press for processing.
