Durability where it matters
Quartz is hard and abrasive, so we design around wear. Wheel and screw sand washers, dewatering screens and fine sand recovery units use wear-resistant screen panels and liners, heavy-duty bearings and reinforced frames — fewer breakdowns, longer service life and stable output quality shift after shift. Optional wear-liner upgrades are available for high-silica feed.
Easy installation, faster start-up
Equipment is pre-assembled and tested before shipment, then loaded into standard containers for straightforward delivery to Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt. We supply layout drawings and foundation plans, plus installation video guidance and online commissioning support, so your team can finish on-site work quickly and start production. A standard container shipment includes the washer, motor and control panel.
Simple maintenance, low running cost
Maintenance should be part of production, not an interruption. Inspection doors, easy-replacement wear parts and standardized components keep servicing fast, while spare parts are supplied with the machines and available for repeat orders — lower downtime and a lower cost per ton of washed sand. Wear-part kits ship with your order.
