The sand and gravel aggregate project in Malaysia was recently successfully put into operation. The project, for which LZZG provided a complete solution, employs a closed-loop recycling process: vibrating screen grading – sand washing machine – wastewater flocculation and sedimentation – filter press dewatering. Core equipment includes a high-efficiency sand washing machine, a vibrating screen, and a wastewater flocculation and filter press system, with a designed output of 100 tons per hour.

The produced sand and gravel have excellent gradation and low mud content, meeting local standards for construction sand. The sand washing wastewater is recycled after flocculation, sedimentation, and filter press dewatering, achieving near-zero discharge of production water and fully meeting Malaysia’s stringent environmental requirements.
The equipment operates stably, consumes little energy, and is easy to maintain. After commissioning, it significantly reduced the customer’s water and labor costs, earning high praise from the customer and becoming another successful example of LZZG’s deep cultivation of the Southeast Asian market.
