Limestone Mine Green Building Aggregate Mine Project

The market demand for green and environmentally friendly artificial sand and gravel aggregates is becoming more and more urgent. The project actively implements the five development concepts, closely follows green development in the project design, adheres to technological innovation, and adopts advanced green processing technology in the design.

● Garden-style landscaping on the mine industrial site;
● All mines and logistics corridors adopt a fully enclosed structure with advanced dust removal systems;
● The logistics corridor adopts advanced technology to reduce transportation noise;
● The terminal is equipped with a screening and washing wastewater treatment system to realize the recycling of wastewater, zero discharge, and strict control of discharge and environmental impact.

The limestone mine project includes three parts: mining area (mine and sand processing system), logistics corridor, and wharf. The ore after screening, washing and classification is transported to a dedicated wharf through a 12.98 km long belt conveyor to supply green building aggregates for downstream cities.

We provides mining customers with ore washing, beneficiation, crushing equipment, sewage purification equipment, filter press, etc. It can also design mine washing plant construction plans for customers. Looking forward to cooperating with global customers.
