The most commonly used tin ore washing and grading equipment

The tin ore beneficiation process is roughly divided into four links: crushing, pre-selection, flotation, and re-selection. The connection between each stage is appropriate. Only when the equipment configuration is reasonable, the whole process of tin ore beneficiation technology will be smoother and more convenient to operate.

1. Crushing and screening

The nature of the tin ore is relatively simple, and a simple one-step crushing with a jaw crusher can achieve good results. The ore is crushed to 20mm, and then screened into two particle sizes of 20-4mm and 4-0mm. After crushing, the tin ore particles are uniform in size, beautiful in shape, and without over-crushing, providing high-quality raw materials for the next link, reducing the load of the grinding equipment, and having a good promoting effect on improving the grade of tin concentrate.

2. Pre-selection

The 20-4mm ore enters the heavy medium cyclone for pre-selection, and then after a rod mill, the jig is used for pre-selection. The jig tailings are screened with a 2mm vibrating screen, and +2mm is screened out as waste tailings, and -2mm enters the shaking table for selection.

3. Mixed flotation

After the tin ore separated by jigging and shaking table is re-grinded, mixed flotation is carried out, and the tailings of mixed flotation are sent to the shaking table for selection to produce qualified tin concentrate.

4. Separation flotation

The mixed flotation concentrate is then finely ground for lead-zinc separation flotation, and lead-antimony concentrate and zinc concentrate are produced respectively.

5. Classification

The ore mud enters the Φ300mm cyclone, and the overflow is then removed by the Φ125mm and Φ75mm hydrocyclone groups. The sediment is concentrated, flotated and desulfurized before cassiterite flotation.
