The working principle of gold-adhesive grass is to discharge the light sand and mud in the ore body continuously through hydraulic action, and the heavy mineral materials remain on the gold-adhesive grass in the chute. After several hours of work, the gold-adhesive grass is replaced and cleaned, and the heavy mineral materials containing gold can be recovered.
Gold-adhesive blanket is also a gold-absorbing grass, a lawn specially used for gold panning, also known as gold-adhesive blanket. When used with gold panning equipment, it is first cut into small pieces according to the size of the flow channel, with a length of about 4 meters, and the cut gold-adhesive blanket is laid flat to the outlet of the agitation chute. Generally, gold-adhesive ore will first screen out mineral materials with particles less than 2cm, and then enter the chute for sorting. The debris on the surface can be rinsed with clean water and detergent, and the cleaning pad will not be damaged. The product has a reasonable structure, high elasticity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The gold collection rate is as high as 95% (much higher than the average 60% of traditional products). The service life is 4-6 months, and it is highly praised by gold panning industry.
