Mining mixing barrel is an industrial equipment used for slurry mixing and non-metallic mineral mixing before metal ore flotation, mainly used in mining and chemical industries. The equipment is produced by Jiangxi Hengda, Chuanqi and other mineral processing equipment manufacturers. It adopts a flat-bottomed barrel structure with a radial circulation spiral impeller. The motor V-belt drive realizes the forced mixing of reagents and slurry. It is suitable for material processing scenarios with a concentration of ≤30% and a particle size of <1mm.
The main body of the equipment is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, including vertical and split types. Some patented designs add double-layer mixing impellers, vibration screening modules and dust collection systems to improve mixing efficiency and environmental performance. It needs to be fixed horizontally on the concrete foundation during installation, and daily maintenance involves processes such as bearing lubrication, impeller replacement and internal cleaning. Its technical parameters cover an effective volume of 0.124-30m³, which is suitable for the flotation pretreatment needs of metal ores (iron, copper, gold) and non-metallic ores (fluorite, quartz).
