Spiral chute coal preparation equipment offers several significant advantages:

Depending on the particle size characteristics of the processed material, spiral chutes can be divided into three categories:
1. Coarse-grained spiral chutes: Suitable for processing materials with a maximum particle size of 2-3mm or larger, with a maximum processing size of 100-200mm.
2. Placer chutes: Specifically designed for processing ores with a particle size of 2-3mm.
3. Sludge Chute: Suitable for processing fine-grained materials with a particle size of less than 0.074mm.
Fiberglass spiral chutes have a wide range of applications and are particularly suitable for processing vein ores and minerals with a particle size of 0.6-0.03mm. However, it should be noted that processing materials with high sludge content may affect separation performance. Currently, this equipment has been successfully used in the separation of various minerals, including coal, iron ore, tungsten ore, tin sand, niobium-tantalum ore, coastal placer, riverbed placer, and gold placer.
