1. Using the principle of self-synchronization, the motor drives the vibrator through a tire coupling, with simple structure and low working noise. High working frequency, high vibration intensity, low moisture content of the product on the screen, high unit processing capacity, and high solid recovery rate when used for dewatering tailings.
2. In order to adapt to the difference in the nature of different tailings, the amplitude of this screen is adjustable by adjusting the angle between the main and auxiliary eccentric blocks to meet the dewatering effect of tailings of different properties. The screen surface of the pre-dewatering sieve is installed at 45 degrees from the horizontal, and the dewatering sieve is installed at a negative angle to increase the dewatering area and promote the dehydration of the material as soon as possible to form a filter layer.
3. In order to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the screen surface, the screen surface adopts rail seat installation. The use of polyurethane elastic screen surface, high open rate and elasticity, is conducive to dehydration. The side pressure plate of the screen surface is made of polyurethane material, which has a long life, and the screen surface is fixed and reliable, and can effectively protect the side plate of the screen frame from being washed by materials.
4. The side plate and the beam are connected by torsion shear type high-strength bolts, and there is no welding seam, which avoids the problem of side plate cracking caused by welding stress.
6. The vibrator is an eccentric unit structure, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. The bearing adopts special bearings for vibration equipment to avoid premature damage due to heating.
7. The main welding structural parts are all surface treated, and the surface of the lower beam is beautifully coated with anti-wear coating to prevent the beam from premature wear and break. The steel coil spring is used to reduce vibration, which can greatly reduce the dynamic load of the screen machine on the foundation.
8. The finite element structure analysis software is adopted to ensure that the strength, rigidity and force of the screen frame are reasonable, light weight, and low energy consumption.

Installation and adjustment
⒈The motor should be fastened on the installation surface, and the installation surface must be smooth and flat.
⒉The motor can be installed horizontally.
⒊The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. The lead-out cable is not allowed to fold sharply when connected to the power supply, and it is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.
