Sand washing machine is applied to muddy water purification system

The sand washing machine can be used not only in wet sand production line, sand washing line, but also in muddy water purification system.

In muddy water purification system, the material sieved by circular vibrating screen, the stones are sieved out. Sand enter sand washing machine for washing and dewatering and fines recycling. Then the muddy water discharged into transfer tank, then be pumped into the thickener. Then the mud is pumped into filter press to be pressed into mud cake. The clean water into the clear water transfer pool, then is re-supplied to sand washing machine for washing sand. The whole system is a closed circulation system.

There are successful cases in domestic about sand washing machine used in muddy water purification system.
