Sand Washing Module

Sand Washing Machine: Primarily available in two types: wheel bucket type (scooping sand like a waterwheel) and spiral type (stirring sand like an auger).
Function: Utilizes the buoyancy of water and mechanical agitation to peel mud and impurities from the surface of sand and gravel.
Dewatering Screen: Usually located immediately after the sand washing machine.
Function: Utilizing high-frequency vibration, excess water is removed from the washed sand and gravel, reducing the moisture content of the finished sand to approximately 10%-15%, facilitating belt conveying and storage.
Fine Sand Recovery Module

Fine Sand Recovery Machine (High-Frequency Dewatering Screen + Hydrocyclone):
Function: Through centrifugal force and a polyurethane screen, the lost fine sand is retrieved from the slurry and remixed into the finished sand, increasing output and optimizing sand gradation (a more reasonable mix of coarse and fine particles). This step is often overlooked but is crucial for profitability.
Wastewater Treatment and Filter Press Module

This is a mandatory requirement for environmental compliance, enabling water recycling.
Wastewater Purification Tank/Thickening Tank:
Function: The slurry water after sand washing first enters here, where flocculants (chemicals) are added to accelerate mud-water separation, with the upper layer becoming clear water.
Filter Press (Sludge Cake Machine):
Function: Presses the settled thick slurry into dry sludge cakes with a moisture content of approximately 25%.
