Jigs: Jigs separate minerals by utilizing differences in settling velocity within a water flow. They are suitable for processing coarse tin ore. They are simple to operate, have a high throughput, and are suitable for large-scale production.
Shaking tables: Shaking tables separate minerals by utilizing the movement of minerals on an inclined surface and the action of water flow. They are suitable for processing finer tin ore. Shaking tables offer high separation accuracy and can effectively improve the grade of tin concentrates.
Spiral chutes: Spiral chutes utilize the movement of minerals within a spiral trough and centrifugal force to separate minerals. They are suitable for processing medium- and fine-grained tin ore. Their simple structure and easy operation make them suitable for small and medium-sized beneficiation plants.
