The client noted the line’s compact layout—which facilitates future site expansion—and the clear designation of operation and inspection points. They also requested Vietnamese-language operation and maintenance manuals as well as a list of wear parts; we have already arranged to provide these.
The trial run met all expected objectives; the client expressed satisfaction with the delivery schedule and the responsiveness of our technical support, indicating an interest in a potential Phase II expansion.
