Due to the high processing capacity, the phenomenon of broken shafts often occurs. Due to the special nature of the compost material (high humidity and strong corrosiveness), its spoke structure is easily damaged. At present, most of the compost screening equipment is borrowed from other industries, which solves some problems of compost material screening, but it cannot adapt well to the characteristics of compost materials. It is easy to have problems such as screen sticking, corrosion damage of components, and high power consumption under large processing volume, which seriously affects the quality of screening operations.
