When the processing capacity is the same, the footprint of the cyclone is about 1/30-1/50 of that of the spiral classifier. It is recommended that the production site is small, and the cyclone can be selected.

3. Processing material particle size

Generally, the high weir classifier is suitable for coarse materials, and the overflow particle size diameter of the processing is greater than 0.15mm, and the sinking type is used for fine materials, generally less than 0.15mm. The cyclone is better at processing fine materials, and the classification effect is good. Generally, the particle size range of processing is 0.3-0.01 mm.

4. Efficiency and quality

In fact, in terms of efficiency and product quality, the classifier is superior, which is mainly related to its working principle. The cyclone is sensitive to the operation index. If the pressure is not up to the standard, the cyclone will change the discharge position of the material.
