Sea sand washing equipment is a mechanical equipment that removes impurities such as shells, mud, salt, and chloride ions from natural sea sand by screening, stirring, and fresh water washing, so it is also called sea sand desalination equipment and sea sand washing equipment.

Desalination and flushing method: Before flushing, the sea sand needs to be soaked in the fresh water soaking pool for no less than 24 hours, and then sent to the feed chute bucket by a loader. There are fresh water inlets on both sides of the chute bucket. Mechanical vibration is assisted by manual work to make the sea sand enter the cleaning drum under the continuous impact of fresh water flushing. The rotating stirring drum fully stirs and cleans the sea sand. The desalinated sea sand enters the grab bucket under the push of the built-in spiral blades of the drum, and is sieved through the discharge hopper and the discharge belt conveyor to screen out larger particles of impurities such as shells and coral stones.
