belt filter press

The belt filter press is mainly composed of a driving device, a transmission roller, a conveyor belt, a trough-shaped upper roller, a lower roller, a frame, a cleaner, a tensioning device, a reversing roller, a guide trough, a heavy hammer tensioning device and an electrical control device And other composition.

The conveyor belt is wound around the driving roller and the tail redirecting roller to form a circular closed belt. The rollers carry the conveyor belt and the materials conveyed on it. The tensioning device makes the conveyor belt have enough tension to ensure that friction force is generated between the transmission roller and the conveyor belt to prevent slippage. When working, the decelerating motor drives the transmission roller and drives the conveyor belt to run through friction. The material enters from the feeding device and moves with the conveyor belt. After a certain distance, it reaches the discharge port and transfers to the next process.

Structure and control characteristics

The upper idler adopts trough idler, which is good for carrying loose materials. The return roller adopts V-shaped roller, which effectively prevents the belt conveyor from deviating. The installation of lower flat rollers before and after the empty section cleaner is helpful to remove materials. Conveyor belt tensioning adopts two sets of spiral tensioning and heavy hammer tensioning devices. The spiral tensioning device can also adjust the deviation of the belt conveyor. On both sides of the working surface of the conveyor belt, a guide groove is installed along the entire length of the conveyor belt.

The guide groove is composed of a groove plate and a rubber plate. The rubber plate contacts the conveyor belt to form a groove-shaped section to increase the conveying capacity. It also prevents the spillage of materials. The guide groove plate and the rubber plate are fixed by bolts and pressing plates. The rubber plate does not need to be drilled. At the same time, it can be easily adjusted according to the wear of the rubber plate to ensure that the rubber plate remains sealed with the conveyor belt. . Head and empty section cleaners are installed at the head and tail of the conveyor. The head cleaner is a heavy hammer scraper structure, which is installed under the drive roller to remove sticky materials on the working surface of the conveyor belt. The empty section cleaner is a scraper structure and is installed above the non-working surface of the conveyor belt near the tail to remove materials on the non-working surface of the conveyor belt.
