Traditional thickener equipment is mainly used to deal with enterprises with coarse grinding particle size, easy-to-handle ore, large tailings pond, and no need to add chemicals. It is the most old-fashioned pulp thickening equipment. At present, domestic mining enterprises mainly use high-efficiency thickeners and deep cone thickeners. The high-efficiency thickener has a small footprint, high settlement efficiency, and can achieve higher underflow concentration discharge and faster and more efficient return water utilization efficiency. A deep cone thickener has been developed to meet the needs of some enterprises for higher concentration of tailings underflow.
