(1) Research on the operation problems of the primary screening device, cleaning device and screening device
First, the recycled concrete aggregate after crushing by the jaw crusher is poured into the primary screening device through a pipeline, and the impurities in the aggregate are screened out after the primary screening treatment. The fine aggregate with a particle size of less than 4.75mm enters the cleaning device; the impurities adsorbed on the aggregate surface are further removed by cleaning, and the recycled aggregate is soaked to reach a saturated state; the concrete aggregate after the above two procedures is poured into the screening device, and the aggregate is screened by adding screening nets of different particle sizes. The screened coarse aggregate can be directly used for concrete pouring.
(2) Research on the operation problems of connecting devices and power devices
The above three devices are connected by connecting pipes. A spiral propeller is arranged in the pipe to assist the aggregate to enter the next device. At the same time, a jar is arranged at the bottom of the three devices to provide power for the three devices and push the aggregate forward.
