2026 Guizhou Dazhuyuan Mine Bauxite Beneficiation Production Line

This beneficiation production line comprises systems for bauxite crushing and screening, washing, and wastewater treatment. To address the specific characteristics of the Dazhuyuan mine’s bauxite—which includes ore with high sulfur content and a low aluminum-to-silicon ratio—a “roasting plus wet pre-desilication” process is employed.

This process significantly increases the ore’s aluminum-to-silicon ratio (A/S) and alumina (Al₂O₃) content while substantially reducing sulfur (TS) and silica (SiO₂) levels. The treated ore fully meets the stringent A/S and sulfur content requirements for alumina production via the Bayer process, thereby effectively broadening the application prospects for this type of ore.
