Sand washing plant sludge treatment process
Systematic scheme design for sludge treatment in environmental protection sand washing industry. In the process of sludge treatment in the sand washing plant, the suspended solids and harmful substances in the sludge are mainly separated, so as to obtain normal use or discharge up-to-standard clean water, which is also called sewage desliming. At present, the effective sludge treatment method is to use the zero-discharge sewage treatment scheme, which is environmentally friendly and zero-discharge for centrifugal separation, with high efficiency and low cost.
The system is mainly divided into the following five steps:
Screening: The material is conveyed to a circular vibrating screen or a trommel screen by a belt conveyor, and several materials of different sizes are screened out.
Cleaning and dehydration: The undersize that meets the specifications enters the cleaning water tank of the integrated sand washing and recycling machine, and the sand washing wheel rotates to stir the materials in the cleaning box. The granular material is sent to the dewatering screen by the salvaging wheel for dehydration.
Fine material recovery: the overflow of the integrated machine enters the tail water collection tank through the pipeline, the tail water is driven into the separator by the slurry pump, the sediment is separated by the separator, and the fine material is discharged to the screen surface of the dewatering screen and the coarse material evenly Discharge after mixing and dehydration. The discharge port is connected to the belt conveyor to transport the finished material to the designated position.
Solid-liquid separation: At the same time, the suspended solids in the mud and water treated by the separator, with a content of no more than 5%, are discharged into the sewage tank, and then the tail water is pumped from the sewage tank into the filter tank for the mud-water separation operation. After the filter tank processes about 80% of the tail water into clean water, it enters the clean water tank directly from the overflow port.
Sludge dewatering: The concentrated mud is pumped into the plate and frame filter press through the bottom of the filter tank, and the filter press presses the concentrated mud into a mud cake to achieve dry heap, landfill or develop other uses. After pressure filtration, the clean water enters the clean water tank to realize the recycling of clean water and zero discharge of the whole process.
