Working principle of small sand and gravel plant
Large pieces of limestone or granite are initially crushed by a jaw crusher, and the produced coarse material is transported by a conveyor to a cone crusher for secondary crushing. The finely crushed material enters the vibrating screen to screen out two kinds of stones, and the material that satisfies the feeding particle size is reshaped by the machine-made sand, and the material that does not meet the feeding particle size of the sand making machine is subjected to secondary crushing to meet the particle size requirements. Then the sand that meets the specifications is magnetically separated by the magnetic separator and enters the washing water tank of the sand washing and recycling integrated machine. The sand washing wheel rotates to stir the materials in the washing tank and perform the cleaning operation, which can remove the impurities covering the surface of the materials. After the coarse particle material is sent to the dewatering screen for dewatering by the dredging wheel.
The tail water is sent to the separator by the slurry pump, the sediment is separated by the separator, and the recovered fine material is discharged to the screen surface of the dewatering screen and the coarse material is uniformly mixed and dewatered before being discharged. At the same time, the sludge water suspension treated by the separator is discharged into the sewage tank, and then the tail water is pumped from the sewage tank into the thickening tank for the mud-water separation operation. The concentrated mud is pumped into the plate and frame filter press through the bottom of the filter tank to achieve a dry pile. After pressure filtration, the clean water enters the clean water tank to realize the recycling of clean water.
