Working principle of slime roller dryer
Due to the viscosity of coal slime, during the drying process, the wet coal slime will pass through the following working areas after entering the dryer to obtain different stages of drying, so as to achieve the final result while ensuring the quality of coal slime. Dry treatment.

(1) Inclined lifting plate area. The wet slime is already in a low-moisture and loose state in this area, and the material has no adhesion phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state;

(2) Clean up area. In this area, the wet slime is picked up by the copy board to form a material curtain. When the material falls, it is easy to form a phenomenon of sticking the drum wall. In this area, the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, which can clean the adhesion of the inner wall very reasonably. In this process, the cleaning device also breaks the agglomeration of the material, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate;

(3) Leading area. The wet coal slime enters this area and quickly evaporates water when it comes into contact with the high-temperature hot air. The material will be guided to the next working area without forming a bond when it is moved by the large guide angle of the copy board;

(4) Discharge area. The drum does not have a copy board in this area, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
